Good Morning!
Thank you so much for the privilege and honor of teaching students at DeSales for these past 16 years!! What a phenomenal place to learn, share, and enjoy the wonderful gifts from God!! I have been very blessed to be a part of a truly remarkable faculty and staff. DeSales will always be a very important part of my family. I will continue to keep DeSales in my heart and prayers always!!
Thank you also for all your kind words on facebook! You have touched me deeply and "I have been changed for good!" You have each truly made a difference in my life!! May God continue to bless each and everyone of you and especially DeSales!! Love MJB

Congratulations my wonderful Pre-Algebra Students!! You did a phenomenal job on your final exam today!! Thank you for working so hard all year and especially on preparing for this final. You are ready for High School!! You are well prepared!! Remember 3 important things: #1 Choose your friends wisely. #2 Your parents as well as your DeSales teachers will always be 100% for you and only want the very best for you!! #3 Talk to God daily!!!!

Where did this year go??

I can not believe it is June already!! My Pre-Algebra students have worked very hard this year. I am proud of each of them! Today is our last student teacher presenter. Friday will be our last quiz. Next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we will review for our final exam. Thursday June 12th Pre-Algebra students will take the word problem part of their exam during class and Lab. Students were given questions on their study guides. The exam will be the same questions with different numbers. Friday June 13 as well as Monday June 16th we will continue to review for the final.Exams start Tuesday afternoon with Science. Wed. June 18th is Religion (am) and Math (60 multiple choice questions) in the afternoon. Thursday is ELA (am) and SS in the afternoon.

WELCOME BACK!!!

So glad 8th grade had such a wonderful time on the Boston trip!! You were missed!! I am so proud of the wise decisions you each made on your trip. Mr. Schuster, Mrs. Merrill and Dr. Fike all said you were a respectful well behaved enjoyable group to be with!! Well done!!

Great Day for a RETREAT!!!

My 8th graders know you were missed today!! I hope you enjoyed your retreat this year as much as I enjoyed being with you on your 7th grade retreat last year!!    LAST DAY BEFORE BOSTON!!!!!

YEAH!! Great Day 1 State Exam!!

My Dear 8th Graders- I am so proud of how hard each one of you have worked to be successful on the State Exam this year!! Day 1 was everything we worked on!! I know you will each do very well!! Thank you for your efforts and determination! Much success to you all as you complete Day 2 and 3.

Please put your best efforts into your plan. ***check pre-algebra video page to print important state exam notes (doc. is located after last video #88)

2 Week PUSH!!!

ELA state exam will be this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday! We have 2 weeks before spring break. Major teaching project written lesson plan is due Thursday April 10th- last day before vacation!!!

I am disappointed we could not meet today but hope everyone of you enjoyed your day off. I am very proud of how hard you are all working on state exam questions. You will be well prepared if you continue to stay focused, do homework and redos and view class videos. Please use the videos to also review if you have forgotten a concept.
