This is my favorite day at Desales! It is such a joy to celebrate mass with you. God has given us so many blessings! Sing with a full heart. Today the Kindergarten students will be our leaders as we praise God in song! May God continue to bless you, your family, and Desales!! Merry Christmas!!

Good Morning Heart Fixers!

Hard to believe we only have 3/4  of our school year left! Report cards will go home on Wednesday the 16th. Please be diligent with your redos. The only way to get extra credit is to return your corrections the very next day before 8:30 am. Remember while you are brushing your teeth every morning, tell yourself what a great day you will have!! See you in the morning. I did miss you!!

Be a "Heart Fixer!"

Tuesday, Nov 1st Fr. Joe will bless our bracelets at mass and promise to be a  "heart fixer". He will then ask every student, teacher and staff member to also promise to be a heart fixer and use only fixing words and actions. The character club is very excited and proud to help with this very important mission!

Red Ribbon Week!

Welcome to the Nationally recognized Red Ribbon Week!  What a great why to show you have a strong character by saying no to drugs and alcohol. Thank you to those students who took advantage of the extra credit last week. I will try this again another time so keep checking!

I learned about this very cool web site where you can actually sign in and play math games against other students all over the country. Happy Labor Day!

Wow! Everyone seemed ready to start at the "DeSales Picnic". We are headed for a great year! I will be in meetings all day Tuesday. I can't wait to set up and learn how to use the "Parent Portal". This will eliminate the need for progress reports being signed every 2 wks. Enjoy the last few days of summer vacation. See you Wed. morning!!!
